Our facility is being designed around India's updated e-waste framework — CPCB EPR portal registration, annual recycling targets, and RoHS-adherent processing are part of our commissioning plan.
Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016
Planned EPR registration for plastic waste, with collection networks built to CPCB requirements and the minimum recycling percentages set by the 2024 amendments.
C&D Waste Management Rules, 2016
Planned C&D waste capability — segregation, rubble processing, and aggregate reuse, to be operated under the required local SPCB authorisations.
Hazardous Waste Rules, 2016
Form 2 authorisation from SPCB for handling, storage, treatment and disposal is a prerequisite we are working towards, along with Form 3 logbooks and Form 4 annual returns.
